Request Setup Review

1. Review any warnings or callouts carefully. 
   1. Pledge Questions gathering information only do not require SKUs - you can ignore any related warnings.
   2. You may see a warning that items are missing SKUs, shipping profiles etc. Please check into each link to identify and resolve the issue. If no issue is found you can still submit for review so one of our team members can also double check.

      1. Example of generic warnings:

         • Local Pickup creates $0 Pledge-Level shipping; if you are using Whole-Order shipping, there will be a callout. You can ignore this.

         • Kickstarter add-ons do not require images.

2. Other Key Things to Check before Requesting a Setup Review:
   1. Review your shipping charges:
      1. Stackable Shipping Projects: Confirm all physical tiers & add-ons have shipping configured.
      2. Whole Order Shipping Projects: Confirm your weight-based shipping table ranges and fees are accurate.
   2. Review the SKU weights (if using weight-based shipping profiles)
   3. Configure Campaign Add-ons: If add-ons were sold during the campaign, make sure they're configured in the Campaign Add-ons section in BackerKit.
3. Submit for a Setup Review: After reviewing the info above and confirming all steps on the left dashboard above "Request Setup Review," check the "Yes, I have read and agree to the above requirements" box and click "Request Setup Review."
   1. A member from BackerKit will review your project and share the next steps. Setup reviews can take up to 2 days to complete.

In order to move forward, in addition to checking any red callouts on the left, you will need to mark each step in the yellow box as complete. You can do this by checking the box in the bottom center of each page:

Doing so will give you the necessary green checkmarks on the left side menu to move forward:
